Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Finance and the General Office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Public Solicitation of Comments on the “Measures for the Filing of Asset Valuation Agencies Engaging in Securities Services (Draft for Comments)”

To further strengthen the supervision and management of asset valuation agencies engaging in securities services, and to standardize their filing practices for such activities, the Ministry of Finance, together with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, has revised the “Measures for the Filing of Asset Valuation Agencies Engaging in Securities Services” (Cai Zi [2020] No. 114). We have now drafted the “Measures for the Filing of Asset Valuation Agencies Engaging in Securities Services (Draft for Comments)” and are soliciting public comments. Relevant organizations and individuals may submit their comments by July 21 through the following channels and methods:
1. Submit your comments through the “Financial Regulations Opinion Solicitation Information Management System” on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China (website: http://fgk.mof.gov.cn).
3. Please send your comments by mail to: Department of Asset Management, Ministry of Finance, No. 3, Lane 3, South Sanlihe, Xicheng District, Beijing (Postal Code: 100820); or to the Accounting Division, China Securities Regulatory Commission, Building A, Fu Kai Mansion, No. 19 Jinrong Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing (Postal Code: 100033). Please clearly mark “Feedback on the Measures for Filing of Asset Valuation Agencies Engaging in Securities Services” on the envelope.

The information provided by organizations and individuals will be used solely for compiling, organizing, and communicating revision suggestions and will not be disclosed to the public.
