I have led over 100 diverse valuation projects, covering all business segments including corporate value assessment, intangible asset valuation, real estate appraisal, and machinery and equipment valuation. My clients include central state-owned enterprises, publicly listed companies, local government platforms, and high-quality private enterprises. Our projects span a wide range of scenarios, such as mergers and acquisitions, IPO financing, restructuring of state-owned enterprises, and asset disposal. The project acceptance rate stands at 98%.
Focus on Corporate Valuation: Proficient in the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model and market-based valuation methodologies, with a strong track record of tackling valuation challenges in complex scenarios such as high-growth companies, capital-intensive industries, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Previously led a valuation project for the merger and restructuring of a publicly listed company; the valuation results received high recognition from regulatory authorities and both parties to the transaction.
Deep expertise in intangible asset valuation: Possesses profound technical expertise in areas such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, goodwill, and franchise rights; spearheaded the development of internal standards for intangible asset valuation within the company and successfully implemented multiple intellectual property pledge valuation projects for technology-based enterprises.
Industry-specific expertise: Familiar with the policies and valuation characteristics of eight or more key industries, including manufacturing, finance, real estate, new energy, and biopharmaceuticals. Previously involved in major asset revitalization projects led by local governments, providing professional valuation support for regional economic development.
Serving as the company’s chief technical officer, I spearheaded the establishment of a talent development system, providing core support for building the company’s technical team and cultivating industry talent reserves.
